Firstly its moulded from Fire Resistant Polycarbonate,

Second part of the process is 4 coats of Metallic Spray, and,

And to finish it is wrapped in a proprietary breathable rubber coating.

The Vaporesso GEN 220W MOD comes with intelligent Axon chip inside allowing 4 modes;
