Shipping

All our shipping is done through Australia Post Service. We will send you your tracking number.

Please take note, we can not leave specific information for Australia Post as to where to leave your article. 

We WILL NOT be liable for packages that go missing. Foo Vapes will however assist you in recovering your item with Australia Post if we can.

Return to Sender packages incur a $10 charge from Australia Post. Should you provide an incorrect address, you will be liable to pay this $10 charge plus the re-shipment fee to ship your order out again. For this reason, please ensure your shipping address details are correct!

Please allow up to 1 business day for your order to be processed. Although we manage to get most orders out the same day there are times where this is not possible during extremely busy periods.

Please note, once an item has been shipped and tracking number provided, we are no longer responsible for packages which may go missing or are damaged in transit. We may be able to help on your behalf if there is a dispute of delivery but we are in no way obligated to replace an order should Australia Post lose or fail to deliver your package.

Please note we are not responsible for any damage to items caused by Australia Post or our International carriers. We package our orders as best we can to minimise any damage caused by rough handling during transit but beyond that any damage caused is beyond our control.

The receiver is responsible for any duties and taxes charged by their government and are not included in the shipping fees.
